Understanding your dashboard

The Plumbify dashboard is designed so you can glance at it once in the morning and know everything that happened overnight. Here's a quick tour of every section.

The top row — your daily stats

Four cards across the top show today's activity:

• Calls handled. Every inbound call the AI received today. Includes hang-ups, wrong numbers, and successful intakes.
• Leads captured. Calls where the AI successfully gathered name, issue, and address. These are real opportunities.
• Quotes sent. Quotes drafted in Jobber from booking intents this month.
• Reviews requested. Review SMS sent this month after job completions.

The activity feed

The main feed is a chronological list of everything that happened — calls, leads, quote follow-ups, review sends, and missed-call text-backs. Each row has a status badge:

• New lead AI captured a lead with full intake info. Action needed: respond.
• Booked Caller chose a specific time slot (Auto-book mode only).
• Follow-up sent Plumbify nudged a quote that's been sitting for 3 days.
• Review request Review SMS fired after a job completion.

Click any row to see the full transcript (for calls), full message thread (for SMS), or full Jobber link (for synced items).

The Jobber widget

If you've connected Jobber, the right sidebar shows your most recent Jobs, Requests, and Quotes inline. This means you don't need to bounce between Plumbify and Jobber to see what's happening — both views are in one place.

Click any item in the widget to open it in Jobber in a new tab.

The left sidebar — main sections

• Overview. The page you're looking at — the daily home base.
• Calls. Full call log with transcripts, recordings, and search.
• Leads. Just the captured leads, sortable by date and urgency.
• Reviews. Review send log, click rates, and Google review activity.
• Quote Follow-Up. Tracked quotes and follow-up status.
• Settings. Account, AI receptionist, integrations, billing.

The status bar (top right)

Always visible. Shows:

• AI status: green dot = active, grey dot = paused.
• Jobber sync status: green tick = connected, amber = needs reconnect, off = not connected.
• Notifications bell: click to see recent alerts (new leads, missed reviews, billing issues).

Mobile experience

The dashboard is fully responsive. The activity feed is the primary view on mobile — sidebar collapses into a menu in the top-left. Everything works one-handed.

There's no mobile app yet — that's on the roadmap. For now, save the dashboard to your home screen and it'll behave like an app.
